The Meet Season Kit
$19.00
Meet weekend, handled. How the day runs, the plan, the bags, the food, and the words for the car ride home.
Nobody hands you the manual. You find out at the first meet, usually at 6:40 a.m. in a parking lot, holding the wrong hair elastics.
This 15-page printable kit covers what gymnastics moms actually do the week of a meet:
- Meet day, decoded: what happens from check-in to awards
- The weekend planner: one page, every answer
- The bags: hers, yours, the hair kit
- Fuel, by the clock, plus the grocery run
- The car ride home: what to say, when
Instant PDF download. Print it, write on it, reuse it all season.
General guidance from one gymnastics mom to another, not medical advice.
